Eight activists  of Black Lives Matter  including DeRay McKesson, chanting protested against Hillary Clinton on Friday 30 October, chanting, "black lives matter”. In this protest which took place at Clark Atlanta University prompted the Democratic presidential candidate to go off script momentarily .

Rep. John Lewis (D-Georgia), a civil rights icon, tried and failed to stop the protesters.

Eventually, security escorted them out where more discussions took place, including with R&B singer Usher and Clinton’s head of outreach to African-Americans, LaDavia Drane. Usher told one of the protesters, “If you cannot hear, if you cannot ask the question, and use this power you have appropriately, you'll never get the answer you're looking for,” to which the protester replied, "The issue is the fact that Hillary never allowed that space to ask."

Back inside the auditorium, Clinton carried on, saying, “Let’s remember that everyone in every community benefits when there is respect for the law, and when everyone in every community is respected by the law.”

1. Rep John Lewis has absolutely no right to dictate to other activists, how they should carry on their struggle. He earned his record, others should earn theirs too.
2. Hillary, as a politician and public figure, you have no right to escort out of your meetings anyone calling for 'justice for African Americans'; especially in a platform where Justice is the subject.
Your White-centred American Justice System, has left them this legacy: 'According to the Bureau of Justice Statistics, one in three black men can expect to go to prison in their lifetime; according to recent data by the Department of Education, African American students are arrested far more often than their white classmates; The war on drugs has been waged primarily in communities of color where people of color are more likely to receive higher offenses;Voter laws that prohibit people with felony convictions to vote disproportionately impact men of color. An estimated 5.3 million Americans are denied the right to vote based on a past felony conviction'.
3. Usher, you are allowed to stick to music, and let the activists tackle your rights issues in White America. A quick reminder: the issue of African Americans is past 'talks' or 'negotiations', you are a race under systemic extinction. Desperate times, call for desparate measures. White America owes you and your ancestors, 'reparations', not a platform to do intellectual gymnastics.
4. Hillary you are either economic with the truth, or just plain lying, because experience should have taught you by now. Not everybody benefits when there is respect for law, because frankly speaking capitalism (and I am not a socialist), breeds a justice system for the rich and another for the poor. So in its purest sense, as it is in Imperialist US, capitalism is in itself a catalyst for disdain to the
law as it applies to the poor. As the 'rich', justice for you means exactly what is happening to African Americans.... sanitise them and civilise them through misuse of the law, and teach them how to really live in the world's White bastion of power.
